My client has the most amazing space in central Birmingham. It is home to relaxed, high-end vibe, boasting a stunning roof terrace and a sustainable, seasonal menu. To support the on-going development and delivery of excellent service standards, we are looking for a very special Club and Events Operations Manager to join the growing team. In this role you will support the GM in the organisation and execution of exceptional events and be a true brand ambassador.

What you will do

  • In conjunction with the GM, be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Club floor including overseeing the service of all food & beverages and any associated events within the space.
  • Help to promote the group and the concept, whilst achieving the highest member and guest satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate a professional approach towards colleagues, members, and guests.
  • Be visible on the floor at all times and engage with the members gaining feedback and noting any comments through the reporting channels and directly to the kitchen and bar team.
  • Ensuring that members and guests have a wonderful experience and resolving any issues before they depart.
  • Provide support directly to the floor team and manage the floor team rota, maintaining standards, while keeping within the budget.
  • Operate the POS system efficiently
  • Oversee H&S and compliance for the site
  • Event Management and hosting
  • Assisting with billing and trackers
  • Be part of the active community
