THE ROLE
With an ever-expanding event calendar, there is now the opportunity to join the exhibitions team who are responsible for delivering a plethora of exhibitions and shows for the venue.
This is a broad role that includes:
- Communicating with clients/organisers in the planning, preparation and delivery of their exhibitions
- Providing technical information about the venue
- Ensuring procedures and processes are in place to oversee public safety & control
- To be responsible for ensuring the Health & Safety requirements are adhered to
- Liaising with external contractors, exhibitors and internal teams
- Management of resources to deliver exhibitions
- Building strong relationships with clients
- Overseeing on site at events
- Budget management
- Post event follow up
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will have previous event management experience gained from working in a multipurpose venue or alternatively relevant event industry operations experience. They would also be open to a passionate and ambitious events graduate joining the team – all support and training would be provided.
