THE ROLE

With an ever-expanding event calendar, there is now the opportunity to join the exhibitions team who are responsible for delivering a plethora of exhibitions and shows for the venue.

This is a broad role that includes:

  • Communicating with clients/organisers in the planning, preparation and delivery of their exhibitions
  • Providing technical information about the venue
  • Ensuring procedures and processes are in place to oversee public safety & control
  • To be responsible for ensuring the Health & Safety requirements are adhered to
  • Liaising with external contractors, exhibitors and internal teams
  • Management of resources to deliver exhibitions
  • Building strong relationships with clients
  • Overseeing on site at events
  • Budget management
  • Post event follow up

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have previous event management experience gained from working in a multipurpose venue or alternatively relevant event industry operations experience. They would also be open to a passionate and ambitious events graduate joining the team – all support and training would be provided.
