THE ROLE

This role will see you working closely with Technical Project Managers to ensure the seamless delivery on a vast array of high-quality events.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering event projects from initial enquiry to completion
  • Working with clients to understand event needs
  • Advising on solutions to client requirements
  • Maintaining and developing client relationships
  • Manage event content
  • Liaising with speakers to understand their needs
  • Stage management during events
  • Booking and management of crew 
  • Prepare and manage budgets
  • Manage events on-site and ensure smooth running

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a client facing project management role, preferably within a similar agency and will have production experience.
