Role Overview:

As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring smooth and efficient running of the workshop, managing a team, and maintaining high standards of customer service. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing the daily operations of the automotive workshop.
  • Supervise, motivate, and support a team of technicians and staff to ensure quality service and efficient operations.

  • Monitor and manage stock levels, ordering parts and materials as needed.
