My client is an innovative brand that has demonstrated innovation and growth. They have an outstanding and new exclusive opportunity for an Board Secretary & Executive Co-ordinator to support their Senior Leadership Team. This role requires a highly business-astute and commercially driven Executive Assistant who has supported Board and Executive level meetings and has strong organisational skills, research abilities, written communication, and client-facing skills. This role is very fast-paced and requires someone who loves multi-tasking and working in a high-energy environment.

The role will require the management, organisation, minuting, and proactive follow-up of all Executive meetings some that will take one after the other, so experience in this area is key. There will also be significant interface with investors. This role will be based in the office 4 days per week.

This position requires a PA who is meticulous and has excellent attention to detail, striving to deliver the highest levels of service and quality. You will love working closely with the Board, attending and minuting the meetings taking control of actions. In addition there will be an opportunity to take on more internal projects.

The role will require heavy organisational support and client liaison, always acting in an ambassadorial capacity. You will be producing board-level documents and reports, researching projects both internal and external. You will be a real right-hand person! This is an ideal opportunity for a candidate to put their stamp on the role and make it their own; you will essentially write your own job description!

The role requires excellent written skills and the ability to produce high-quality documents. You will research, identify key areas, and support project and strategic planning.

You will be astute and a natural proactive forward planner who is prepared to roll up their sleeves and really get stuck in when needed. You will have experience working in environments that are not too rigid and are changing. This role requires a forward thinker who is a chameleon to change and can manage multiple Executives.

Applicants must have experience supporting Senior Leadership meetings, which include planning, coordinating, and minuting meetings with follow-up.
