Have you got a successful track record working in a legal or property setting? We are looking for an amazing, diligent, and experienced PA, ideally from a legal or property background, to support three partners at a renowned company. Based in our fantastic Birmingham offices, this is a job for a PA who is not just hard-working but someone who can be the best. The role includes general PA support such as administration, secretarial duties, and billing, but also requires more complex PA and legal support tasks. This is a role that will require a variety of different skills to draw upon.

Key Responsibilities

Organising partner's diaries, including booking travel, arranging meetings, and setting reminders.

Taking minutes during meetings.

General administrative work, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.

Acting as the first point of contact, managing and handling all calls, messages, and correspondence internally and externally.

Liaising with staff, external suppliers, and clients, and supporting queries.

Writing and preparing documents on behalf of the directors.

Being the gatekeeper and point of contact for the directors.

Administration of legal papers for the board.

Transferring calls from reception to the relevant person.

Ensuring all billing and invoicing of clients is done accurately.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent people skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
  • A can-do attitude.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multi-task effectively.
  • Able to complete general office administration tasks.
  • Previous PA experience is desirable.
  • Ideally, experience in a legal or property environment.
  • Knowledge of legal practices and procedures.
