EA to Senior Directors of Internationally Recognised Business

Temporary position till December, Hybrid (4 days in, 1-day WFH), full-time, based in Birmingham, offering up to £15/16hr per annum depending on experience for internationally-recognised business.

Based in Birmingham, the successful applicant will be providing direct support to 3 directors as well as being responsible for providing a wide range of support to facilitate their ability to lead the organisation.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Providing proactive and efficient management of complex diaries and inboxes
  • Producing and collating documents, presentations and briefings
  • Undertaking research and sourcing, including interpretating and responding to information provided by both internal and external stakeholders
  • Arranging and attending meetings, taking minutes and ensuring any points raised are followed-up
  • Arranging and budgeting complex travel arrangements, both nationally and internationally
  • Planning, organising and arranging events with high-profile clients
  • Leading both internal and external initiatives
  • People management duties; supervising and managing a small team, identifying opportunities for development, and supporting staff through periods of change
