- Provide high-level administrative support, ensuring smooth operations in business development and client services.
- Manage busy diaries, meetings, and events for senior professionals.
- Oversee workflow and delegate tasks as necessary.
- Handle financial administration, including billing and invoicing.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships both internally and externally.
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a professional services or legal environment.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to work in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to manage tasks independently while working as part of a wider team.
- Experience in financial administration, particularly billing, is beneficial.
