 Are you an experienced Executive Assistant looking for a new challenge? Our client, a prestigious top 50 UK law firm, is seeking a dedicated and proactive Executive Assistant to provide crucial support to their senior team. The Role:As an Executive Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the firm's senior leadership. Your responsibilities will include managing complex diaries, organizing meetings, assisting with business development efforts, and handling client service tasks. You will also oversee financial administration, such as billing, while working closely with internal teams like Document Production and Business Services. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level administrative support, ensuring smooth operations in business development and client services.
  • Manage busy diaries, meetings, and events for senior professionals.
  • Oversee workflow and delegate tasks as necessary.
  • Handle financial administration, including billing and invoicing.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships both internally and externally.

You should be able to manage multiple priorities, work well under pressure, and collaborate effectively as part of a team. Skills and Attributes:
  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a professional services or legal environment.
