SF Recruitment are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join our clients team in Birmingham City Centre. This role is on a FTC until the end of 2024. £30,000 per annum pro-rata FTC - until the end of 2024 Onsite Monday-Friday Immediate start MUST have EA experience within a corporate business. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily office operations and coordinate local health and safety efforts, including collaboration with external contractors. Manage local health and safety protocols for contractors, colleagues, and visitors. Assist with diary management for local partners, including organising meetings with multiple attendees, booking rooms, and arranging travel. Communicate with external office management, reception staff, cleaning services, couriers, and catering/event teams as needed. Operate and maintain office equipment efficiently. Compile, proofread, and revise documents and reports. Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence quickly and accurately. Answer and screen phone calls and respond to emails, messages, and other correspondence. Support business development initiatives and sales meetings. Organise the office layout and manage the ordering process for stationery and equipment. Professionally greet and assist guests, clients, and visitors to ensure a positive experience. Provide effective administrative support and information management. Requirements Prior experience in an executive support role. Methodical and detail-oriented thinker. Strong understanding of clerical and secretarial principles. Excellent organisational skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Interested and immediately available?
