- Providing high-level administrative support to the CEO, including diary management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation.
- Acting as a gatekeeper, managing correspondence, and handling sensitive information with discretion.
- Ensuring the CEO's time is effectively managed, prioritising tasks, and streamlining workflow.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, building strong relationships across the business.
- Managing projects and handling ad-hoc tasks as required.
- Experienced EA: Proven experience in a similar role supporting C-suite executives, ideally someone who has worked in both public and private sector.
- Resilient & Adaptable: Comfortable working with a CEO who is high-pressure and demanding—able to take things in stride.
- Professional & Discreet: Capable of handling confidential matters with integrity.
- Flexible & Committed: Minimum 3 days in the office, but flexibility required to match the CEO’s schedule.
