We have an exciting new position for the role of Executive Assistant to the directors of a national organisation based near Coventry. This is offering up to 42k a year with great benefits, and is offering hybrid (3 days in, 2 days at home).

The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing day to day coordination and planning across the organisation as well as secretarial duties and supporting the wider team.

The main responsibilities would include:

  • Full administration support to the board of directors including internal and external communication
  • Manage agendas and documentation for board meetings alongside taking minutes and collating papers and presentations
  • Full diary management of meetings, travel and accommodation
  • Responding to correspondence including telephone and emails
  • Manage on behalf of the director some projects across the business
  • Help on the administration of HR processes including recruitment, onboarding and inductions, performance reviews and management
  • Ensure key issues are brought to the attention of the board when needed
  • Any other administration duties required

For this role it is essential to have solid previous PA/EA experience and office administration, strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal skills, high minute taking skills, effective customer focused response on the phone and email and good IT skills including Microsoft programmes.
