We are seeking an Executive Co-Ordinator to join a creative high-profile brand based in Birmingham City Centre! This role is 4 days in office with one day at home. It is offering up between 35-40k a year dependant on experience.

We are looking for a 'right hand person’ who supporting executive alongside complete some general PA duties such as inbox and diary management, meeting booking, minutes for board meetings alongside the executive support. This would include research and production of large documents, strategic project assistance and supporting the SLT in achieving objectives, new starter co-ordination, health and safety assistance and audits, financial administration alongside many other duties across the business.

The candidate will need to be happy rolling their sleeves up and getting involved across the business in this evolving role, be confident, persuasive, flexible, assertive, have a strong work ethic and eager to support the SLT and press them when necessary.

Solid prior experience working as a personal assistant for 5 plus years or co-ordination within a professional service business is required for this role. This role will allow you to make your role your own and have freedom to do this.
