A creative yet professional business based in Birmingham city centre are looking for a proactive individual with ideally 5 years or more experience with a PA capacity keen to progress their career within a growing business.

This is a varied role where the successful applicant will be able to grow and develop the opportunity. Within the day to day of this role, you would be responsible for assisting with the full office management as well as acting as the assistant to the businesses MD. As this is a role with a creative sector, you must possess and proactive work ethic and a forward thinking attitude. The responsibilities are as follows:

Full organisation of the MDs inbox and diary

An analytical approach to the management of the businesses sales workforce including production of reports and coordination of development meetings

P&L analysis on a regular basis on behalf of the MD

New starter coordination including compliance of all documentation, inductions and health and safety briefings

Assisting with document production

Researching on behalf of executive team

Health and Safety audit for the entire business

Working with a keen eye for detail to confirm all invoices and financial data

Additional opportunities to assist with other MDs businesses

This role will allow you to really make it your own and such it suits someone happy to work in an environment that lacks structure. You will be given freedom and autonomy. You must have prior PA or Business Support experience, ideally be graduate educated (though not essential) and have confidence and the ability to articulate at all levels. This role is 4 days a week in office, 1 day work from home with flexibility needed where required.
