Catch 22 are recruiting for a proactive Executive PA with HR experience to join a fast-paced facilities management company. This role will be supporting the Head of HR and Company Directors and in an evolving role that offers variety, responsibility, and room to grow.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant, based in Coleshill and is paying a salary of £35,000. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage diaries, meetings, and follow-up actions for senior leadership.
  • Oversee HR administration, including onboarding, offboarding, benefits, and absence tracking.
  • Lead on projects, including asset management and SharePoint-based initiatives.
  • Support HR and customer service teams with data management, reporting, and compliance.
  • Organise events and drive company-wide communications.
  • Develop and refine administrative processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Travel to other sites in Leeds and London will be required on an ad-hoc basis.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experienced as a PA or EA role. 
  • Experience dealing with HR activities including onboarding, training, and benefits management.
  • Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail, particularly with data.
  • Awareness of commercial business activities and ability to read financial statements . 
  • Confident managing multiple priorities, supporting several stakeholders and managing critical situations with speed.
  • Self-driven, pragmatic, and comfortable taking the lead.
  • Skilled in tools like SharePoint, Power Bi and Microsoft 365.
  • Adaptable and team-oriented, with a focus on fitting into a collaborative workplace.
  • An immediate start would be preferred.

Benefits Package:

  • Salary: £35,000
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
  • Permanent contract
  • Full-time, office-based (Potential for some home working after training period)
  • Free onsite parking, also easily accessible by train and bus.
  • Travel: Occasional trips to London and Leeds as required.
  • Holiday: 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
  • Additional Benefits: Death in service cover, basic pension contribution.
