A modern and glossy law firm are seeking an Estates Assistant to join their sociable and friendly team based in Birmingham City Centre! This is a full time, permanent positions offering up 25k a year and is office based.

Focusing on client services, this role is perfect for a candidate who Is seeking an exciting and varied role where you can gain experience in many different areas and knowledge of the business.

The role duties would include:

- Being a point of contact for staff where you would work alongside the assistant estates manager

- New starter set up and inductions for the office

- Working plan assessments

- Ordering stock and supplies

- Providing support to the FOH, hospitality and reprographics team when required

- Provide internal and external stakeholders with access cards

- Assisting with event organisation

- Assisting with health and safety inside the office

- Liaising with external contractors to ensure call outs are correctly placed

- Some general financial admin and any other administration duties required

For this role it would be essential to have previous professional services experience working in an FOH, administration or facilities role for ideally a year+.
