  • Act as the primary point of contact, providing excellent customer service.?
  • Manage diaries for officers and senior staff, coordinating meetings and responding to member requests.?
  • Perform various administrative tasks, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.?
  • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with team members and external parties.?
  • Utilize strong organizational skills to prioritize workloads and manage multiple tasks efficiently.?
  • Employ excellent typing and word processing skills, with proficiency in MS Office applications.?
Candidate Profile:The ideal candidate will possess the following experience and skills:
  • Previous experience in an administrative or personal assistant role.
  • Strong customer service background, ideally in a membership-based environment.
  • Demonstrable experience in diary management and meeting coordination.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
