As an Personal Assistant, you'll be at the heart of the firm’s operations, providing high-level support to senior partners. Salary: £27,000 - £30,000

Location: Birmingham City Centre

Office hours: 09:00 – 17:00

Hybrid working – 50/50 split with home and office working

The role:

  • Calendar Management: Efficiently manage and coordinate the executive’s schedule, ensuring all meetings, appointments, and travel plans are seamlessly organized.

  • Communication Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, handling correspondence with professionalism and discretion.

  • Meeting Preparation: Prepare agendas, compile necessary documents, and ensure all meeting logistics are in place, allowing the executive to focus on strategic decision-making.

  • Travel Coordination: Arrange detailed travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation, ensuring smooth and hassle-free travel experiences.

  • Document Management: Maintain and organize important documents, files, and records, ensuring easy access and confidentiality.

  • Project Support: Assist in the planning and execution of special projects, providing administrative support and ensuring timely completion.

  • Expense Reporting: Manage and process expense reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.

  • Event Planning: Coordinate and manage company events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring all details are meticulously planned and executed.

  • Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve administrative issues, ensuring the executive’s day runs smoothly.
