We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to join our team at a reputable college located just outside of Birmingham City Centre. This is a temporary position for 3 months, ideal for individuals who excel in administrative roles and are adept at managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior staff, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organising events.
  • Handle correspondence, prepare reports, and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentation materials and documents.
  • Manage incoming calls and emails, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Support various departments with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar administrative role.
