Key Responsibilities
- Management of complex diaries
- Management and processing of confidential financial information
- Preparation of documents and files for meetings, presentations & briefings
- Management of inbox making confident decisions on behalf of senior team when necessary
- Provision of providing flexible cover in office when needed.
- Arrangement of high-profile events and for a range of different departments
- Arranging travel across the UK and overseas
Requirements
Minimum 6 months experience
Organisational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office & Outlook
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Collaborative skills
Able to work efficiently & effectively in a large organisation.
Excellent people skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
