- Manage multiple diaries and communicate with wider team members
- Provide administrative support where necessary
- Prepare all relevant documentation for senior meetings
- Assist on presentations for board meetings
- Ensure documents are stored appropriately for ease and access purposes
- Mange travel and accommodation bookings
- Act as the main point of contact for the relevant directors
- Ensure all financial records are kept up to date
- Must have previous experience in working with high level individuals
- Experienced in managing multiple diaries, meetings and travel
- Board meeting preparation experience is necessary
- Must be able to work to tight deadlines and ensure delivery is made on time
- Strong IT and systems skills
- Confident relationship builder with great communication skills
- £165 - £185 per day umbrella
- 6-month contract
