The role based in the heart of Birmingham needs an exceptional PA to support three members of the senior management team giving support across a wide range of different duties. Key Responsibilities

  • Management of complex diaries
  • Management and processing of confidential financial information
  • Preparation of documents and files for meetings, presentations & briefings
  • Management of inbox making confident decisions on behalf of senior team when necessary
  • Provision of providing flexible cover in office when needed.
  • Arrangement of high-profile events and for a range of different departments
  • Arranging travel across the UK and overseas

Requirements

Minimum 6 months experience

Organisational skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office & Outlook

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Collaborative skills

Able to work efficiently & effectively in a large organisation.

Excellent people skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
