Key responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Extensive diary management; ensuring all meetings run to a smooth and efficient schedule
  • Full inbox and correspondence management, answering emails on behalf of the directors and escalating where appropriate
  • Overseeing and coordinating travel arrangements
  • Other administrative and PA duties where applicable

Prospective applicants must have previous PA experience within a similar calibre organisation. Applicants must have excellent communication and organisation skills, have a high attention to detail, and thrive working as part of a team.
