An exciting opportunity to work for a dynamic and high-end professional services firm has just become available! Based in Birmingham city centre, the successful applicant will provide PA support to the firm’s investors, with additional administrative and reception duties when required, to support the smooth-running of the business.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Diary management for the investors; coordinating meetings and ensuring their regular appointments are upheld, and coordinating travel arrangements
  • Coordinating the communications and correspondence of the team, including managing emails, phone calls and post
  • Office floor duties including managing office supplies, orders and deliveries
  • Front of house duties; meeting and greeting any visitors to the office and supporting them in their visit
  • Arranging meetings and setting up meeting rooms
  • Other PA and administrative duties as required

Prospective applicants must have previous PA experience within professional services, and strong competency with CRM systems. Applicants must be highly communicative, proactive and organised, and thrive working as part of a team.
