Senior Conveyancing Executive

Role: Senior Conveyancing Executive
Experience: 3 years PQE as an Executive / Licensed Conveyancer / Solicitor
Location: Greater Dudley area / Remote
Salary: 35,000 - 45,000 + DOE
Benefits: Full caseload, dedicated support staff, Hybrid possibly Remote working (DOE)

Simpson Judge are proud to be assisting one of the leading national conveyancing firms in their search for another Senior Conveyancing Executive, who has experience working with medium to high volume conveyancing files and experience working with panel matters.

Our client is ever growing firm that has its employees at the forefront of its growth and development, so if you small gaps in your overall conveyancing knowledge then they would be happy and able to assist you in getting up to speed and or staying up to date with all current and future changes that may come to the conveyancing sector as a whole.

For this role you will ideally meet the following criteria:

* Be qualified through CLC/SQE/Training Contract and further more.
* Have at least 2 plus years post qualified experience working on Residential Property files.
* Have experience running a conveyancing matter from enquiry to post completion.
* Either currently or recently been able to work on a medium to high volume of files ranging from 80 - 120.

* Freehold
