Seeking a professional, organized, and resourceful individual to join a busy office. This role supports senior leaders, manages complex schedules, and contributes to key functions, including servicing committees and managing high-level correspondence.
Key Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage executive diaries, arrange meetings, and prepare relevant documentation.
- Draft correspondence, briefing papers, and presentations.
- Organize office systems and events, including flagship functions.
- Maintain confidential records and ensure compliance with data protection.
- Minute key meetings and prepare reports.
- Proven experience as a Personal/Executive Assistant in a busy environment.
- Strong digital skills, with proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Experience in the Higher Education sector.
- 35 days annual leave (pro rata) plus bank holidays.
