This will be a classic, yet dynamic role allowing you to liaise with assistants and senior professionals across the global. If you are an individual that thrives on keeping things running smoothly, competing priorities, and building trusted relationships across regions and teams – then this is your opportunity!You will be client facing in your communication, proactive and an outgoing assistant who has gained at least 2 years of experience as a Team assistant or Coordinator who understands diary management, travel booking and logistics management. To thrive in this role you will be looking for a collaborative corporate environment.Duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Diary management, meeting arrangements and conference calls, all over time zones.
  • Coordinate international travel (multi-stop) (when appropriate in the future).
  • Covering other Assistants and working as a strong team
  • Writing itineraries
  • Arranging visas
  • Processing monthly expenses
