The role involves loading and unloading materials, removing products from moulds, and finishing products using power and hand tools.
Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 6am to 6pm or 6pm to 6am on a 12-hour shift basis, with a 4 on 4 off schedule or permanent weekends.
The pay rates are £11.50 per hour for day shifts, with overtime paid at £14.38 per hour, and night shifts also start at £11.50 plus a night shift allowance of £10.30 per shift.
This position is temporary to permanent, and candidates are expected to have some experience in a factory environment.

Alliance Personnel are currently recruiting for factory operatives to join one of their clients based in Birmingham, B46.

Duties:

Working hours:Monday- Thursday6am - 6pm or 6pm - 6am (12h shifts) (4on x 4off) or perm weekends Friday, Satuday and Sunday

Pay:

Day Shift11.50 per hour - anything over 40hrs is paid at 14.38 per hour

Night shift11.50 per hour + night shift allowance of 10.30 per shift - anything over 40hrs is paid at 14.38 per hour

Weekend shift:12.65 per hour
