Contek Recruitment are working with a manufacturing company based inTyseley, Birmingham, who are currently looking for aFactory Operativeto join their team on afull-time, permanentbasis.
We are looking for someone who wants to train in their rubber moulding department. This role would be perfect for someone with experience working in a factory/warehouse, who wants to move into a role where they can learn and develop new skills.
Your day-to-day role will include preparing materials in an industrial oven, pouring materials into moulds, and overall contributing to the full manufacturing of products for the industrial sector.
Working Hours:Monday to Friday (08:30 AM until 17:00 PM)
Pay:12.50 - 13.00 per hour
Requirements:
- Previous experience within a factory is desired, ideally working on some type of industrial machinery.
- Previous experience within a warehousing environment is desired.
- An ambition to learn a new skill and potentially contribute to the business in other areas as you progress and learn more.
