Do you have experience managing/supervising field service teams? Are you looking for an exciting new role dealing with a variety of state of the art equipment across the UK while managing your day from home? Due to continued growth, my client is looking for a field service manager to join the team, heading up the service division for the whole of the UK. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing team leaders and service engineers across multiple regions in England, Scotland and Wales. You will oversee KPI's, customer satisfaction, workload and maintenance processes. You will be working with the office based product support teams to coordinate customer visits and reports and assigning the relevant staff to each requirement.

Occasional travel to head office and large customer sites will be required with all expenses covered. This is a great time to join the business who have a track record of training and developing staff with an average service within the team of 20 years! With a package including; a car, meal allowance, overtime at an increased rate, international training days and fuel and travel expensed this is an excellent opportunity for a supervisor/manager looking for their next move.
