They are now in search of a Commercial Finance Analyst to join their team to help develop and support their financial strategies. This role is crucial in driving financial strategy and providing insightful analysis to support business decisions.The Role

  • Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning
  • Analyse financial performance, identifying trends and recommending actions to improve overall business performance
  • Develop financial models to support forecasting and assist in the preparation of business cases for new potential investments
  • Partner with functional and business colleagues to understand their business operations, objectives, and challenges and improve financial engagement and understanding
  • Work closely with department heads to manage and control costs, ensuring alignment with budgetary constraints

The Person

  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or finalist nearing completion of studies
  • Strong financial modelling, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in financial software and advanced MS Excel skills
