About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Commercial Financial Analyst to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. This role requires resilience, strong pricing competencies, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. You will be the go-to person for financial information, acting as a crucial link between various business functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Senior Management and Directors across departments (Sales, Operations and Supply Chain) to establish trust and credibility
  • Assist with modelling, pricing, costing, and profitability analysis
  • Produce and distribute weekly/monthly reports, develop new reports to meet business needs, and ensure accuracy of financial reporting
  • Extract and analyse data from finance and operational systems to track spending and prepare monthly accruals and reports
  • Identify areas to improve processes and reporting, drive cost-saving initiatives and efficiency improvements
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting as required

About You

Ideally you will have an accounting background and are part qualified within your ACCA or CIMA qualifications.

Key Skills

  • Experience with accruals and financial analysis
  • Preferably CIMA or ACCA qualified
  • Strong data analytical skills
  • Proficient in pricing, costing, and accurate reporting
  • Ability to prioritise large workloads
  • Strong Stakeholder Management skills

The role is based at our Head Office in Birmingham, with an expectation to be on-site 2-3 days per week.
