About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and analytical individual to take on the role of Finance Analyst at a Multi-National organisation in Birmingham City Centre. The organisation are a pioneer of their sector and provide some fantastic career progression opportunities.

The role has been created as a result of growth within the organisation, and the organisation are looking for a talented individual with an eye for detail to take on a variety of data management and reporting responsibilities.

As a Finance Analyst you will be involved with the production of detailed reports and analysis on variances, this includes becoming an integral component to the budgeting and forecasting process where you will be able to showcase your communication skills when interacting with stakeholders hailing from various levels of seniority.

Ideal Characteristics
  • To have a fantastic analytical ability, with experience with managing large data sets and producing comprehensive reports for senior management.
  • To be a confident communicator, as in this position you will be providing detailed commentary and insight to stakeholders in regards to your thoughts, insights and findings.
  • To be either currently studying, or to have already completed a number of examinations in your ACCA or CIMA qualification.
  • As a Finance Analyst, this role will see you involved in the budgeting and forecasting process, and interacting with the balance sheet and P&L. As a result it is important to have prior experience and expertise with these tasks.
