What You’ll Be Doing
• Acting as a Business Partner to Engineering, Technical, and Design teams• Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning• Assist with preparing management accounts, variance analysis, and reports• Assisting with Fixed Asset Register updates, Capital Expenditure, and project tracking• Helping to report and forecast Research & Development costs• Improving financial processes and identifying areas for cost efficiencies
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications:
• AAT qualified and/or studying for CIMA (or equivalent)
Experience & Skills:
• Hands-on experience with general ledger accounting (prepayments, accruals, journals, etc.)• Knowledge of Fixed Assets• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis)• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar is a plus)• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
