An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance Analyst to join a leading Finance Risk Management team. This role is ideal for both recent graduates and high-potential candidates with industry experience who are seeking a new challenge. You will play a key part in supporting risk model oversight, governance reporting, and regulatory compliance, while working closely with senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support risk model oversight activities, ensuring models meet regulatory standards and organizational goals.
  • Assist in governance reporting, preparing accurate and timely reports for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of regulatory requirements, ensuring ongoing compliance with industry standards.
  • Manage and coordinate Risk Committee Steering Groups, facilitating effective meetings and decision-making processes.
  • Provide analytical support for risk and finance projects, ensuring alignment with business and regulatory guidelines.

Key Requirements:

  • Degree education in Finance, Economics, Business, or a relevant discipline (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • At least 12 months' experience in a finance, risk, or regulatory reporting role, or be a high-potential graduate looking to make your mark.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with advanced skills including VBA for automating tasks and data analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach, able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
