LSL Property Services PLC, one of the UK's foremost providers of services to mortgage intermediaries and franchised estate agencies, offering a wide range of essential services including mortgage arrangements, valuation services for major lenders, residential sales, lettings, and more.

We are seeking a strategic and proactive Senior Risk Analyst to join our Group Risk team in this newly created role.

As the Senior Risk Analyst , you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining an effective risk system and reporting framework across the Group. This role is crucial in supporting the delivery of the Group’s risk strategy by ensuring that risk management systems are used efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive risk system strategy, aligning it with the Group’s risk management framework and strategic objectives.
  • Configure, enhance, and continuously develop the risk system to optimize functionality and user experience.
  • Establish and manage a helpdesk to support business users in effectively deploying and utilizing the risk system.
  • Automate risk management processes, dashboards, and reports to support risk stakeholders and improve efficiency.
  • Implement continuous improvement mechanisms based on user feedback to enhance system usability and functionality.
  • Produce accurate and timely Group risk reports for executive and board-level stakeholders, ensuring they provide actionable insights.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Risk Management. Experience with risk systems is highly desirable, including system configuration, development, and user support.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities and familiarity with risk management systems.
  • Preferred experience in the UK regulatory environment (e.g., FCA).

Location and Benefits:This role offers a remote working model with a home base location. However, national travel to our key sites could be required up to once per week. Our key locations include Solihull, Newcastle upon Tyne, York, Chippenham and Kettering.
