We're seeking a talented Commercial Broker Network Manager to lead a high-performing team.  This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of the team and drive significant growth for their broker partners. Where success and fun are intertwined. The network empowers member brokers with a flexible wholesale broking facility. Within your new team you have a blend of experienced professionals and fresh talent, who are committed to delivering exceptional service while driving revenue growth.

As the Broker Network Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Help grow and manage your existing team: Cultivate a culture of success, innovation, and teamwork.
  • Achieve individual and team targets: Exceed revenue targets through strategic sales and service initiatives.
  • Strengthen client relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with broker members and insurers and capitalise on cross-sales.
  • Empower the team to achieve outstanding results.
  • Utilise the network portal to optimise efficiency and drive growth.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, 121 management and career development opportunities.
  • Placement of all classes of Commercial Insurance and High net-worth insurance into the market
  • Ensuring Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to industry regulations and best practices.
  • Provide a framework for the support development of the Broking Team 
  • Operate within risk and licence frameworks and ensure that the team are also accountable
  • Using Broker Insights to drive business 
  • Produce MI regularly to demonstrate progress against targets

Experience required.

  • Proven experience managing a sales-focused commercial insurance team
  • Minimum of five years technical understanding of the commercial cross-class insurance market
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and motivational abilities
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
  • Proficiency in insurance software Acturis and technology
  • A passion for driving business growth and exceeding targets
