Having launched their Birmingham office, they’ve grown to a tight-knit team and are now looking for an ambitious professional ready to shape the future of this new hub.With serious backing, a strong introducer network, and the potential to break into London markets through existing connections, this is a rare opportunity to get in at ground level and be part of something big. The Opportunity:This isn’t just another sales role. You’ll be working directly with experienced brokers as well as collaborating with senior figures in shaping and building the Birmingham presence.This is the next key hire in the team and my client are looking for someone with the drive, ambition, and entrepreneurial mindset to build and scale a corporate book of business. What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Building and growing your own corporate client book with support from the team
  • Working closely with the senior team to identify and convert new business opportunities
  • Leveraging introducers and existing connections in London and Birmingham markets
  • Taking full ownership of client relationships and ensuring first-class service
  • Playing a pivotal role in the growth of the Birmingham office
