Specialist Mortgage Advisor – Fully Remote Basic Salary up to £40,000 (DOE)OTE - £80,000+ Are you an experienced Mortgage Broker in the Specialist Lending space wanting to take your career to the next level?  My client is an industry leader in the Specialist Lending market, seeking a skilled Mortgage Advisor to join their team on a remote basis.   • Basic Salary up to £40,000 (DOE)

  Key responsibilities for this Mortgage Advisor role
  • Build and maintain a strong relationship with customers, adhering to the excellent customer services expectations
  • Provide expert mortgage advice to clients looking to purchase and/or remortgage properties
  • Motivated to attract new clients and business yourself
  • Provide exceptional client care and guide them through the application process, ensuring a stress free experience
  • Stay up to date with the mortgage market and latest trends
Skills and experience for this Mortgage Advisor role
  • Proven track record of generating high levels of mortgage business; achieving and exceeding targets, ensuring clients are adequately protected
  • CeMAP or equivalent qualification
  • Proficiency in modern technology to enhance client service delivery and satisfaction
  • Minimum 24-months experience as a Mortgage Advisor, preferably within Specialist Lending
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
