As a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker You Will:
- Provide expert mortgage and protection advice to new and existing clients, offering whole-of-market solutions.
- Leverage your strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with high-net-worth clients.
- Utilize your in-depth mortgage knowledge to guide clients through the mortgage process seamlessly.
- Manage your workload effectively to meet deadlines and client needs.
- Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.
Who We're Looking For:
- A fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) Mortgage Broker or Mortgage Advisor with a proven track record of success.
- Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in mortgage advice, with a strong understanding of current market trends and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage a busy workload effectively.
- A self-motivated and results-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Clean credit history and a commitment to upholding the highest professional standards.
