Senior Mortgage Broker / Advisor - Bridging Finance & Development Finance
Up to £60,000 Base Salary + Unreal Bonuses
Hybrid - Midlands
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Specialist Broker / Advisor to specialize in both Bridging Finance products and Development Finance products. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding clients through the Loan application process, providing expert advice, and securing the best deals to meet their needs.
Key responsibilities:
- Assess clients' financial situations and provide personalized advice for Bridging an d Development Finance Loans.
- Research and compare mortgage products from a variety of lenders to find the most suitable options for clients.
- Assist clients in completing mortgage applications and ensure all necessary documentation is submitted accurately and promptly.
- Liaise with lenders, solicitors, and other parties involved in the mortgage process to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest market trends, regulations, and lending criteria affecting Bridging Finance Loans / Development
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and advice as needed.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Mortgage Broker / Advisor with a focus on both Bridging Finance and Development Finance Loans,
- In-depth knowledge of mortgage products, lender criteria, and the application process.
