We have a wonderful opportunity for a driven Account Manager to join one of our leading global clients! This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage a portfolio of your own book, whether you are experienced in servicing mid-level or corporate-level clients. This is a fast-paced and collaborative team which is highly supportive and driven to success.

You will enjoy the best of both worlds working 2 days in the modern Birmingham office and 3 days from home. Initially, you may be based in the office for up to 3 days depending on areas of training and development. The office is super conveniently located and accessible via all public transport facilities.

Focused on delivering outstanding service and building lasting relationships with their clients, you will be responsible for-

  • Managing renewals process, MTAs. Prepare documentation for existing customers in relation to renewals and mid-term adjustments.
  • Potential follow-up on quotations.
  • Recording all the details as necessary through the system.
  • Prepare renewal closings from renewal meeting minutes and ensure cover bound by the renewal date.
  • Deal with Insurer queries in regards to client policies.
  • Assist with customer queries relating to existing policies.
  • Manage accounts enquiries.

What You Bring-

  • A strong track record in client management within a commercial insurance setting, ideally 3 years with a broad range of commercial products.
  • Acturis experience is desirable, however, this training can be imparted once on board.
  • Proven negotiation skills with the ability to communicate efficiently.
  • A collaborative, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
