What You'll Be Doing:

Mastering Financial Operations

Driving Innovation

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to optimize efficiency and accuracy in the accounts payable function.

Inspiring Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the accounts payable team, creating a culture of collaboration, growth, and excellence.

  • Engage with senior leaders and stakeholders through regular updates on operations, team performance, and strategic initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

Experience:

At least 5 years in accounts payable, with 2+ years in a supervisory or managerial capacity, preferably in logistics or transportation.

Skills:

  • Deep understanding of accounting principles and processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills to work effectively with teams, vendors, and senior management.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules, including occasional overtime or weekend work.
