We are seeking a proactive and ambitious Assistant Finance Manager or a Management Accountant looking to take their next step up, to join the finance team, with the potential to grow into the role of Finance Manager.

The role will involve producing monthly management accounts, performing reconciliations on balance sheet accounts, and preparing cash forecasts. You will also support the Finance Director with budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.The CandidateAs a qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA, or close to qualifying, you will have proven management accounting experience working within a retail environment. You will have solid experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis and although retail industry experience is highly desirable, it is not essential.You will be able to demonstrate in-depth knowledge of commercial and operational accounting. You will have a solid understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting and experience within a retail or distribution environment is highly desirable.The CompanyOur client has an established reputation in the production of a wide array of bespoke products that are sold across a broad customer base globally.
