Responsibilities:

Oversee the delegation and completion of audit assignments, ensuring professionalism and efficiency.

Stay current with audit and financial reporting standards to maintain technical expertise.

Provide strategic audit planning and technical guidance to clients.

Assist Audit Partners and Directors with planning audits and managing reporting tasks.

Lead and support audit staff, fostering skill development and growth.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the main point of contact for key clients.

Ensure audits are completed efficiently and in compliance with firm policies.

Represent the firm by nurturing relationships with client personnel and enhancing the firm's presence.
Requirements:
- ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of managing audit departments.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- A strong desire to contribute to the overall success of the firm.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
