LHH is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a highly reputable firm in Birmingham. They are seeking a motivated and experienced Audit Senior Manger to join their dynamic and growing team. Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the delegation and completion of audit assignments, ensuring professionalism and efficiency.

  • Stay current with audit and financial reporting standards to maintain technical expertise.

  • Provide strategic audit planning and technical guidance to clients.

  • Assist Audit Partners and Directors with planning audits and managing reporting tasks.

  • Lead and support audit staff, fostering skill development and growth.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the main point of contact for key clients.

  • Ensure audits are completed efficiently and in compliance with firm policies.

  • Represent the firm by nurturing relationships with client personnel and enhancing the firm's presence.

Requirements:

  • ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of managing audit departments.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • A strong desire to contribute to the overall success of the firm.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
