Our client, a market-leading provider of care services, is looking for a Commercial Business Partner within their Adults Division. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially focused finance professional to partner with senior leaders in a fast-paced, multisite environment. The role will be critical in driving financial performance, supporting growth initiatives, and working closely with non-financial teams.

Key Responsibilities of the Commercial Business Partner:
  • Work closely with the Chief Operating Officer and divisional leadership to meet EBITDA targets and support business objectives.
  • Identify and address underperforming services, collaborating on staffing structures and cost management to drive improvements.
  • Lead cost control initiatives and train operational teams on financial insights to support decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain financial models in Power BI and Excel to enhance reporting and operational performance tracking.
  • Prepare budgets, reforecasts, and CAPEX papers for new developments, including NPV and payback analysis.
  • Support fee proposals and the tender process, working alongside the Revenue Manager to set and review fees.
  • Engage with operational teams by visiting sites to better understand services and contribute to financial action plans.
  • Present divisional financial overviews and participate in finance reviews with senior leadership.
Candidate Profile:
  • CIMA/ACCA/ACA Qualified with strong commercial finance experience.
  • Proven multi-site experience
  • Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills, with a proactive approach to developing insights and driving performance.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to influence both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing complex challenges.
