We are recruiting for a large cutting edge technology business with a strong reputation for high quality service that are rapidly growing. They are looking for a聽Commercial Finance Manager聽to join their team and play a key role in their continued success.
Working Pattern
This is a hybrid working pattern based in Birmingham with 2 days in the office and 3 working from home, there is travel to some sites, once a month. We can detail that further on the job spec.
Main duties:
路 Management of the finance team for a 拢20m subsidiary of a global group
路 Collaborate closely with finance and non-finance personnel to provide comprehensive support.
路 Conduct detailed project forecasting and meticulous planning to ensure strategic objectives are met.
路 Prepare and analyse month-end reports to provide actionable financial insights.
路 Maintain up-to-date invoicing processes to ensure accurate financial tracking.
路 Perform cashflow forecasting to manage and optimise the company's financial health.
路 Assist in the preparation and management of the annual budget and forecasting procedures.
路 Oversee fixed asset forecasting and monitoring to ensure optimal asset utilisation.
路 Support the enhancement of the ERP system through active involvement in project development.
路 Engage in various ad-hoc projects to drive organisational growth and efficiency.
路 Mentor and provide necessary support to junior team members to foster a collaborative working environment.

What We Are Looking For:
路 ACCA, ACA or CIMA Qualification essential
路 Excellent communication skills
路 Ability to work effectively as part of a team
路 Excellent organisational skills and ability to adapt to change
路 Experience of ERP system
路 Good knowledge of MS Office Applications
路 Excellent data entry skills with good attention to detail
