Description

  • Manage transactions from start to finish, acting as the principal point of contact with clients, with support from the Partner / Director
  • Oversee the preparation of Information Memoranda and buyer research on sales projects Prepare/review financial analyses and report writing in connection with due diligence assignments
  • Involvement in business development opportunities, networking and marketing initiatives Support with pitch meetings with potential new clients
  • Provide guidance and support to more junior team members

Profile

  • ACA or ACCA qualified
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience working on M&A transactions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with experience in or aptitude for financial modelling and valuation techniques
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients, peers and other industry contacts
