We have an excellent opportunity for a Finance Business Partner to join a Finance and Procurement team for 12 months (maternity cover). You will be the face of the finance function to your business areas providing trusted advice and support to business leaders and budget holders.

Description
Your key responsibilities:
- Provide business partnering service to the wider business
- You will equip your business areas with skills and tools to take strategic financial decisions and have greater financial accountability
- Support business decisions with analysis, insights and judgement
- You will enable the business to use finance resources efficiently and effectively in line with strategic goals
- Be proactive in your day to day approach to stakeholders
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellent customer service
- Working collaboratively with the Head of Finance and wider Finance team
Profile
We are look for:
- Part Qualified Accountant; or qualified by experience
- Understanding and practical experience of balancing strategic business and Finance requirements, and accounting standards and best practices
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, to effectively influence and build meaningful and trusted relationships.
- Strong ethos of continuous improvement and delivering an excellent service to customers.
- Relevant technical and operational skills, including accounting and operational systems and Microsoft Office
