SF Recruitment is working with a fantastic charity based in Birmingham. They are looking to onboard a Finance Business Partner to their friendly and knowledgeable team. This Finance Business Partners main goal is to strengthen the relationship between the finance team and the wider organisation whilst producing accurate financial information. This is a great opportunity to work with a supportive and highly capable manager in a flexible and trusting environment (predominantly remote working with occasional office travel as per business needs). Key tasks: - Business partner and build strong relationships with key stakeholders - Partner key stakeholders to help their achieve strategic goals - To produce the management accounts and conduct thorough variance analysis - To lead on the budget and forecasting cycles - Lead meetings with key stakeholders offering essential financial insight - To work with stakeholders to develop processes and practices to ensure reliable income tracking - To lead on the production of grant and funder reports - To support in the design and delivery of training for stakeholders - To support transformation projects and continuous improvement initiatives - To support on the financial element of bids and tenders Please get in touch if this sounds of interest.
